John Gagnon
President & Principal Architect
John is an accomplished architect with over 30 years of architectural design and construction experience. He has worked for many of the regions most prestigious architectural firms and has gained substantial experience in all aspects of profession project delivery. In 2007, John introduced Denver-based architectural design firm JG Architects, focusing on exceptional design, quality and client satisfaction in a variety of specialized project types.
John’s experience spans a vast array of building types including commercial, residential, multifamily, governmental and institutional projects with extensive experience in design/build project delivery. He has been responsible for technically advanced designs and acted as the lead design architect for the design and construction of the fabric roof structure, curb-side canopies, lighting, precast, glass and steel curtain-wall systems for the Denver International Airport Landside Terminal Building. John has expanded his design expertise to include restaurant and resort design and architecture and has completed recent projects in Summit County, Colorado for one of the region’s largest ski and resort companies.
John is a native Coloradoan, who has lived, married, raised children and educated himself within the Colorado region and has gained extensive experience in the local construction industry. He now turns his attention and the attentions of JG Architects to expanding its portfolio to include exceptionally designed, high profile and sustainable architectural projects that will stand the test of time and provide its clients with world class architecture.
